LEM Services was founded by Luz “Lucy” Monge, a paralegal with more than two decades of hands-on experience in document preparation, bookkeeping, and administrative support.

Lucy began her career long before launching LEM Services in 2002, helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex paperwork with confidence. As an immigrant herself, she understands how important it is for documents to be prepared thoroughly and correctly. Over the years, her work has earned the trust of clients, fellow paralegals, and even attorneys who regularly collaborate and peer-review cases to ensure quality and accuracy.
